Grape variety: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Bobal and Grenache, in proportions that vary from year to year depending on the characteristics of the crop.

Features:

COLOR: red cherry with violet hues, very intense and bright .

BOUQUET: Powerful and complex aromas, scents mixed fruit, mixed with toasted and roasted.

PALATE: Balanced, round, soft and slightly tannic.

Certification: ECOCERT.

Preparation:

Development in traditional cellar temperature controlled fermentation, maceration with frequent and half back. Matured in barrels for 3 months.

The production area is located in the Autonomous Community of Castilla La Mancha. The region is located northeast of the province of Albacete, between the rivers and Jucar Cabriel.

Its climate is continental with Mediterranean influences and low light rainfall.

The climatic conditions are extreme with temperatures close to -20 º C in winter to 45 º C in summer. This coupled with low air humidity, provides pest control, making it relatively easy to produce high quality organic wines.

Serving: Between 15 and 18 degrees.
