Organic Products Without Intermediaries.
Introduction
Organic farming, can be defined so simply as a collection of agricultural techniques which typically excludes the use in agriculture and animal husbandry, of synthetic chemicals such as fertilizers, pesticides, antibiotics and so on. Legislation

Community development policy in terms of organic farming is continuous, in 1999 adopted Regulation (EC) 1804/99 to supplement the 1991 rule regulating animal production and in 2000 created a logo consisting of the words "Agriculture Eco - EC Control System "designed to be used on a voluntary basis in the labeling of organic products.
Control
In Spain, control and certification of organic agricultural production is carried out mainly through Councils and Committees of Organic Farming land, which are dependent on counseling agencies or departments of Agriculture of the Autonomous Communities, or directly by DGs attached to them.

Agri-environment
Organic production is a target of AEM's Rural Development Program for Spain, as required under the criteria of priority of the Programming Document 2000-2006: "those holdings with organic farming who are registered with the Council of Agriculture Ecological and market their products as organic priority will be to qualify for the program. Aid for organic products are included in the measure AE "Techniques of environmental rationalization in the use of chemicals," designed to introduce farming practices that reduce the polluting effects on soil and water.
