Grape variety: Garnacha and Tempranillo.

Alcohol: 13.5 degrees.

Features:

Visual phase: Rosa raspberry with purple reflections, clean and bright.

Phase Smell: intense red fruit aromas acidic raspberry.

Taste Stage: Entry light in the mouth, with notes of red fruits. Final ligeramene acid that causes citrus notes with freshness and good persistence in the mouth.

Certification: CAECyL ( Consejo de Agricultura Ecológica de Castilla y León ).

Preparation:

Selection Harvest: manual harvest in boxes. All the grapes are selected by hand on arrival at the winery.

Maceration: permenecen the skins in contact with the wort for 6-8 hours at low temperature (8-10 º C) to enhance the extraction of color and aroma.

Fermentation: the must ferments at a controlled temperature around 16 º C in stainless steel tanks.

Serving: Between 8 and 10 degrees.

Packaging: Box of 6 bottles of 75 cl. each.
